Company Description
Synergie Italia, a branch in Fano, is seeking for a historic company in the Wood and Furniture sector.
Position
The selected candidate, in collaboration with a tutor, will be responsible for:

Welcoming visitors;
Responding to user inquiries;
Managing incoming calls and forwarding them to the appropriate recipients;
Handling incoming and outgoing mail;
Scheduling meetings and appointments, managing the calendar.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:

A diploma and/or degree, preferably in tourism and/or languages;
Knowledge of computer tools (Office suite, management systems);
Excellent organizational skills.

Additional Information
Offer: a training internship of 3 to 6 months, with the aim of permanent employment with the company.
Working hours: 40 hours full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 13:00 / 14:00 - 17:00
Stipend: €600
Work location: Marotta (PU)
