Role
As a Front End Software Developer, you will contribute to build, optimize and maintain beautiful user interfaces and craft smooth, intuitive user experiences of our cloud-based solutions. We’re looking for someone who is driven by innovation and eager to work with the latest technology, in a dynamic, collaborative team and isn’t afraid to introduce new ideas.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React (with CSS / HTML / JavaScript).
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Improve application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient API handling, while ensuring scalability via component-based architecture.
Evaluate UI / UX designs for technical constraints (e.g., browser compatibility, responsive behavior) and propose solutions using modern CSS / JS frameworks.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Proven 3+ years experience as a Front End Software Developer
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks React
Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
Experience with version control systems (e.g., git)
Design and consume Web APIs efficiently, orchestrating frontend data flows and improve API calls for performance (caching, pagination, error handling)
Experience in client-side mapping libraries like OpenLayers and Leaflet to build interactive, high-performance geospatial applications to render large datasets
Knowledge of UX design principles (accessibility and responsive design)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Knowledge of SEO principles
Basic understanding of backend systems to improve frontend integration (e.g., reducing waterfall requests, structuring API responses)
Experience with backend technologies (Node.js)
Curiosity, interest of learning new technologies / new product / features
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)

Desirable

UX Design certification
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or information technology
Knowledge of GIS and WebGIS
Knowledge of DHTMLX8
Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium)
Familiar with databases and data modeling
