We also have tremendous ambitions and have a lot of fun pursuing them — if that excites you, we would love to have you join us.About the roleWe are actively seeking a Freelance Practitioner Sales Manager to help set the strategic direction and growth for the healthcare practitioner channel for CPG. In this role, you will play a key role in sharing our health and well-being solutions with healthcare practitioners and developing a market-leading practitioner program. This role will start as a freelance consulting position for 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on KPI achievement.Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement practitioner sales strategies targeting healthcare practitioners with physical practices and those with strong digital presences (newsletter and social media).Identify brick-and-mortar health and well-being practices that align with our values and have revenue potential for carrying mindbodygreen supplements.Identify social media practitioners who could serve as affiliate ambassadors for mindbodygreen products.Nurture and build relationships with these practitioners.Advise on evolving the mindbodygreen practitioner program to support our partners effectively.Collaborate with practitioners to provide training and resources highlighting the benefits of our products.Create templates and systems to respond to FAQs and scale the program.Work with practitioners on newsletter and social media promotions to boost online sales and brand awareness.Identify practitioners suitable for social media amplification that align with the brand.Work with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics.RequirementsResults-oriented, proactive, organized, with a proven track record in a remote environment.3-5 years of success as a supplements sales professional in healthcare or wellness industry.Understanding of affiliate marketing, especially via newsletter and social media, is a plus.Strong knowledge of health trends and practitioner needs.Excellent communication skills.An advanced degree in nutrition is a plus.
