OverviewWe are sourcing a talent pool of Freelance Art Designers to support our in-house Creative team in Milan.We look for Art Designers with outstanding visual design skills and aesthetics, as well as the ability to produce stellar mock-ups working with Copywriters and Art Directors to visualize ideas into visuals, videos, illustrations proposals.Reporting to the Senior Art Director and the Copy Director will be largely involved in the conception and executions of visuals on a wide variety of projects.We look for Art Designers with visual, graphic and animation design skills, as well as the ability to produce mock-ups, 3d, animations and illustrations. We do require that freelancers work on-site with our Creative team in Milan, so you must be Milan-based.New and emerging talent are always welcome to submit online portfolios for consideration.ResponsibilitiesCreate strong visual designs based on given criteriaFollowing a brief from developing concepts from sketch and mood board phase.Work on graphic design projects with Senior Art Directors (branding, deck typesetting, editorials, books, internal documents)Creating and delivering presentations and campaign layout to the highest standard.Evaluate and adapt designs based on feedback providedConceptualize ideas and generate content from a variety of ideasUnderstand characteristics of target audience and find effective ways to reach themRequirementsMilan based and freelancers only5+ years of relevant experienceIn depth knowledge of all the Adobe packages, Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, After effect, Premier and 3d ProgramsAny knowledge of video editing / animation software is a big plusExperience of conception and execution of a range of creative projects including physical, digital and motion.Strong photographic aesthetic and discerning eye for detail.Creative, originality and a strong artistic sense.Excellent research and connecting skills.Awareness of current creative trends and innovations.Demonstrated ability to create effective designsJob TypeSubcontract
