FRANCHISING & DEVELOPMENT WORLDWIDE MANAGER
For our client, an Italian multinational leader in worldwide foodservice, we are looking for a professional to focus on the international development of the brand, through the identification and acquisition of new franchisees. Thanks to their retail experience, the candidate will be able to suggest development business models and align with the brand’s standards regarding format, investment, location, target customers, and financial evaluations, interacting with top franchise partners.
A capable and passionate professional, the candidate will have the ambition and potential to grow into roles of increasing responsibility, including team coordination. Fluency in English is essential, as is international experience, along with availability for frequent travel.
Responsibilities and Key Activities

Conduct market analysis, evaluate investments, and assess profitability of concepts in priority geographic areas
Attract top franchisees leveraging the brand’s reputation and marketing/commercial strategies
Contribute to development strategy by implementing business models and market analysis aligned with target customer segments
Support the company and franchisees in financial analysis and projections to ensure timely and budget‑compliant restaurant openings
Manage the renewal process for existing affiliates and the resale of franchised and company‑owned locations
Provide accurate and detailed reports on all commercial, marketing, financial, and real estate activities
Collaborate with all company departments to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new franchise partners

Candidate Profile

Degree and/or Master’s in Economics, International Markets, Market Analysis
5+ years of experience as a Franchise Development Manager worldwide, preferably in restaurant chains, retail, hospitality, hotel, or FMCG sectors, with Italian brands abroad. Previous experience in Market Analysis, Operations, Real Estate Development, or Controlling is a plus.
Strong analytical, commercial, and administrative skills, with knowledge of franchising codes of conduct
Excellent communication, relationship management, advisory, and negotiation skills
Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
