The FP&R Coordinator drives the continuous improvement and operational excellence at our plant. As the FP&R Coordinator, you'll lead the implementation of global Factory Performance & Reliability (FP & R) standards, ideate and execute Continuous Improvement Projects, and enhance overall plant performance collaborating with all the departments.
Essential Job functions

Organize and support the tracking of the FP&R plan across all departments using structured planning methods.
Deliver FP&R audits and implement corrective measures to ensure adherence to standards.
Support team members in implementing continuous improvement practices and standards.
Identify and prioritize Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities aligned with productivity standards and serve as the main referent for "Funding the Growth" initiatives.
Coordinate and facilitate CI activities using tools such as SMED, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Kaizen, 5S, and 5W1H.
Record and monitor individual improvement projects, reporting progress to local management.
In coordination with the DOM, own the completeness and correctness of the plant utilization monitoring model, ensuring compliance with Colgate standards and local regulations (including EHS and Quality).

Education
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Project Management
Experience

1 year experience in structured Food Manufacturing Environment in supporting continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing process optimization

Key Competencies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
Knowledge of tools and principles of continuous improvement (SMED, LSS, Kaizen, 5S, VW).
Familiarity with compliance standards, including EHS, Quality, and Microbiology.
Fluent in English
