Mission
The role focuses on designing, implementation, testing and optimization of FPGA-based solutions for a variety of applications.
Key Accountabilities

Provide support to system engineer for FPGA definition;
Define the FPGA detailed specification;
Define and evaluate IP cores to be procured;
Define the FPGA architecture;
Design the FPGA in VHDL;
Perform coding rules conformance check;
Perform code coverage;
Design the testbench for the FPGA;
Perform simulation;
Perform synthesis and P&R;
Analysis of pre and post-layout simulations;
Participate to FPGA test and validation.

Education
Master’s Degree in Electronic / TLC Engineering or Electronics
Qualifications

Degree in Electronics Engineering or Phisycs;
Ability to understand the VHDL and / or Verilog-System Verilog code;
In-depth knowledge of FPGA development tools (Vivado);
Experience in hardware development for Digital Signal Processing applications;
FPGA design and simulation skills;
Project Development Plan : development, testing, integration, documents;
Good knowledge of Tools : Vivado HLS 2018.3; QuestaSim 10.6;
Good knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (esmultimeter and oscilloscope);
Nice to have : previous experience in FPGA design in militarywill be appreciated.
