This role acts as a liaison between finance and operational teams, ensuring alignment of financial goals with business objectives.Essential Job FunctionsLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processesProduce accurate and timely monthly management P&L reportsAnalyze monthly financial results and key performance indicatorsDevelop business models to support strategic initiativesPartner with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparencyAct as a key financial partner to department heads, providing financial guidance, challenge, and supportIdentify risks and opportunities relative to budget/forecast and recommend corrective actionsSupport M&A, investments, or cost-saving projects as neededIdentify automation opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and cycle timePreparation, Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesBachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master\'s or CPA/CMA a plus)5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial business partneringStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsAdvanced Excel and financial systems proficiency (e.g., SAP, Netsuite, Power BI)Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to synthesize complex data into actionable insightsStrong business acumen and strategic thinkingWorking ConditionsNormal office working conditions including frequent sitting, standing, bending, twisting and computer monitor use.
