About Us:
Meddle is a next‑gen iPaaS (integration Platform as a Service) startup helping industrial companies and service providers seamlessly integrate and orchestrate machines, sensors, and enterprise systems (ERP, MES, AI, etc.) — without hardware, without code, and in a simple and fast way.
We’re building the first plug‑and‑play iPaaS tailored to industrial environments. Our platform enables real‑time data integration from OT and IT sources, powering use cases in predictive maintenance, energy efficiency, servitization, and industrial analytics.
We’re venture‑backed and live with paying customers, and are preparing to scale internationally.
We’re now looking for a Founder Associate with a focus on Sales/BD, Operations and Marketing, ready to join early and grow with us.
What You will do
As a Founder Associate, you’ll operate at the intersection of sales, growth, operations and marketing/communication — with the flexibility to evolve into a leadership role.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and CTO on anything needed and play a key role in scaling our startup.
In a standard week you may be working on different fields:
Business Dev: identifying new leads, exploring partnerships, nurturing relationships with clients and industrial stakeholders.
Sales: supporting demos, managing outbound campaigns, helping close deals, and refining our GTM playbook.
Customer Success: Coordinate early PoCs, collect feedback, and help onboard new clients.
Operations: take care of managing internal tools and processes, with the goal of optimizing them and create best‑practices;
Marketing: create posts and content to help manage our digital presence (website, LinkedIn, email, online communities) and PR outreach.
Who You are
You have 1–3 years of experience in startups, consulting, venture building, or a high‑paced B2B environment.
You’re fluent in English and Italian.
You understand (or are curious about) SaaS, iPaaS and B2B sales.
You’re structured, autonomous, and get things done.
