What We Do
RELEX Solutions delivers a unified supply chain planning platform for retailers and manufacturers, enabled by proven AI technology. We help companies optimize demand forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, pricing and promotions, supply chain operations, and production planning across the end‑to‑end value chain.
Role Overview
In response to our fast growth and market expansion we are looking for a skilled Forecasting & Replenishment Expert to join our Forecasting & Replenishment department. You will help develop our replenishment solutions and ensure they are world‑class.
Responsibilities

Work within a team focused on developing Relex Purchase Optimization and DC replenishment capabilities.
Translate identified customer needs into effective solutions, working through all stages of product development from idea to general availability.
Run pilots with feature prototypes and ensure high‑quality results.
Ensure the product is easy to use and implement by defining, maintaining, and developing implementation guidelines and training materials.
Act as a product expert and provide support for customer teams working in challenging customer cases.

What You’ll Bring

Strong understanding of retail processes on forecasting and replenishment.
Proficiency with Relex F&R product: business rules, database, workspace, and ability to configure new solutions using these components.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Capability and motivation to pick up and learn new concepts fast and put learnings into use effectively.

Bonus Skills

Strong understanding of DC replenishment processes and experience with related Relex F&R capabilities, such as multi‑supplier and coordinated ordering.
Competence in data and analytics.
