For over 60 years the company has been providing the world’s best athletes and motorsports enthusiasts in the pursuit of performance excellence with the most technologically advanced products which fuse protection, innovation and style.The company, thanks to outstanding and constantly innovative products, is in a powerful growth phase in the global market, reflecting the strengthening of the staff in order to join our great successful team.Posizione:We are currently looking for a skilled FOOTWEAR CAD PRODUCT ENGINEER to join our Racing Department to take on a pivotal position in product development so to create innovative, high-quality and technical products.Responsibilities2D/3D modeling for product engineering;Production information flow management, facilitating communication and exchange of information between the Footwear Department and internal and external stakeholders;Make LAB test requirement for each item necessary for footwear collections (outsole, plastic parts, mechanism), linked to Activity Plan properly set;Collect the Quality Control docs for approval process (QC drawing starting from available 3D files; PPT file for QC checking);Labelling for approval to distribute to site production/ internal department as per QC procedure;Regular communication with production site and nominated supplier for R&D development activities (material and flat sheet samples / injected parts / technical datasheet alignment);Discuss and implements corrective actions when required, to maintain adherence to product design and prevent/resolve material and/or process-related defects;Data record for all technical specification and standards.RequirementsBachelor Degree in Mechanical engineer is preferable;A minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive or Footwear industries;3D CAD knowledge CATIA surface modelling is a must have;Good communicative skills;Fluency in English.Additional InformationPosition is available in Asolo (TV)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering, Other, and Project ManagementIndustriesSporting Goods Manufacturing, Apparel Manufacturing, and Apparel & Fashion
