For over 60 years the company has been providing the world’s best athletes and motorsports enthusiasts in the pursuit of performance excellence with the most technologically advanced products which fuse protection, performance, innovation and style.Thanks to the outstanding quality and continuous innovation of our products, we are currently going through a solid expansion phase on the global market, for which we aim to reinforce our international teams with top talent from anywhere in the world.About the RoleWe are currently looking for a skilled FOOTWEAR CAD PRODUCT ENGINEER to join our Racing Department to take on a pivotal position in product development so to create innovative, high-quality and technical products.Responsibilities2D/3D modeling for product engineeringProduction information flow management, facilitating communication and exchange of information between the Footwear Department and internal and external stakeholdersMake LAB test requirement for each item necessary for footwear collections (outsole, plastic parts, mechanism), linked to Activity Plan properly setCollect the Quality Control docs for approval process (QC drawing starting from available 3D files; PPT file for QC checking)Labelling for approval to distribute to site production/ internal department as per QC procedureRegular communication with production site and nominated supplier for R&D development activities (material and flat sheet samples / injected parts / technical datasheet alignment)Discuss and implements corrective actions when required, to maintain adherence to product design and prevent/resolve material and/or process-related defectsData record for all technical specification and standardsRequirementsBachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering is preferableA minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive or Footwear industries3D CAD knowledge CATIA surface modelling is a must haveFluency in EnglishOther informationPosition is available in Asolo (TV)
