Please read further if you would like to join us in building the international logistics operations of one of world’s most brilliant and fastest growing start-ups.ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of the MOVUS Italy’s team, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, and your key responsibilities will be :Ensure that hygiene and food safety standards are met in all processes, from the receipt of products from suppliers to the shipment to Getir stores;Monitor incoming quality control of products and perform related reporting and action planning;Control and verify processes as specified in GMP and HACCP plans;Inform food safety teams and management in case of changes that may affect food safety;Monitor key process control points, report out-of-limit values and drive corrective actions related to temperature-humidity values of the general storage areas and cold rooms, pest control, and cleaning of all warehouse spaces;Record, investigate and finalize customer complaints and quality issues and follow upon corrective actions;Provide on-the-job training to personnel on food safety and HSE topics;Implement locally the new incident reporting and risk assessment systemReview, develop and improve the organization’s safety management system, ensuring that HSE risks are identified, assessed, and managed with appropriate control measures in order to comply with legal requirementsAnalyse and report near misses, accidents, and incidents and carry out investigationsPerform site inspections and audits, and drive corresponding corrective actionsManage and monitor all related environment topics in the warehouseRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experienceA comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the main aspects of quality, environmental management and food safety.Ability to interpret and provide authoritative advice on quality, health and safety issuesA basic knowledge of current HSE legislation (Dlgs. 81 / 08), management and standardsExperience in food safety management in the GDO sector is a nice to haveHands on experience with data collection, analysis and reportingExperience with Quality and Document Management SystemsGood command of EnglishStrong analytical and problem solving skills with great attention to detailTeam player attitudeNo travel restrictions
