FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER – RISTORAZIONE DI LUSSO – MILANO
Gi Group, in partnership with Jobbit, is looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join a high‑performance hospitality team. The role will be embedded in an environment of high standards, strong internal organization and a contemporary operational vision.

Responsibilities

Supervision of the operational activities in the dining area and application of daily service standards reporting to Management.
Coordination of the team, setting operational priorities and supervising procedures to ensure continuity, quality and compliance with internal guidelines.
Planning and overseeing staff training, shift scheduling, and daily check‑lists to maintain an orderly and efficient workflow.
Preliminary management of processes related to inventories, suppliers and use of management tools, monitoring activities analytically and efficiently.
Providing supervision to intermediate coordination figures when required and supporting alignment of operational processes within the team.
