Job RequirementsQuest Global is a global market leader in diversified engineering solutions and a reliable, long-term partner for many companies in the fields of Transportation, Aerospace & Defense, Aero Engines, Industrial & Hi-Tech, Medical Devices, Oil & Gas, and Power.Shape the Future with UsWe offer a motivating environment with exciting projects and are looking to welcome you to our team as a:Mechanical Design Engineer - Fluidic Systems - Aero EnginesLocations: Torino, BariThe selected candidate, within a team providing engineering support to development programs related to aeronautical components (fluidic accessories for propulsion systems such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers, tanks, filters, water/oil circuits, pressure/temperature sensors, etc.), will be responsible for activities related to component development throughout its lifecycle—defining technical specifications and architecture, sizing, concept design, managing design changes, prototyping, testing, certification, supporting manufacturing start-up, managing Non-Conformities, etc. They will interact with all involved stakeholders (internal/external) to ensure the component’s functionality meets program requirements.Work ExperienceThe ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering;At least one year of design experience in well-structured corporate environments, preferably in Aeronautics, Aerospace, Automotive, or similar sectors;Strong interest in developing a career in Mechanical Design;Good background in Thermodynamics, Aerodynamics, and Fluid Dynamics;Solid knowledge of technical drawing and GD&T;Proficiency in English;Knowledge of tools such as NX, Ansys, Matlab, Simulink or similar.The ideal profile also includes strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, result-oriented mindset in a dynamic work environment with tight deadlines, reliability, teamwork attitude, excellent communication skills, organizational flexibility, and willingness to travel.Due to the nature of the projects, possession of Italian citizenship is essential for access to classified data.
