The AMT will make repairs and conduct tests to keep equipment operating efficiently and safely. The AMT must be self-sufficient and often work in remote locations exposed to the elements.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPerform all airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications required to meet company and regulatory requirements.Remove and disassemble defective parts; assemble and install replacement parts; test aircraft systems.Operate all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignments.Complete all required maintenance records accurately, including reporting times required for tasks.Support all company policies and safety programs, including OSHA and EPA regulations.Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.Maintain a clean and neat work area.Demonstrate professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.Perform other related duties as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEB1 or B1 / B2 License.UK CAA and EASA License.Proven experience in aviation, with corporate aircraft experience preferred.Type ratings on GVI and EMB550 are desirable.Good knowledge of EASA / UK CAA regulations: Part 145, Part M, Part CAMO, Part 21.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSLegal ability to work in Europe and/or the UK, with ability to travel as required.Motivated, able to work effectively under pressure and deadlines.Ability to multi-task within a team environment.Strong knowledge of Windows and MS Office.Proven inspection skills.Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.Own set of hand tools preferred; specialized tooling provided by the company.Valid driver’s license required.WORK ENVIRONMENTExposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Occasional exposure to extreme weather. Loud noise levels at job sites.PHYSICAL DEMANDSRegularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, handle, reach, and sometimes sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must lift up to 5kg frequently and up to 22.5kg occasionally. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
