The position reports to the HR & Fleet Senior Leader and manages 1 team member.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchasing vehicles to expand and upgrade the fleetScheduling regular maintenance for all vehiclesHandling urgent or emergency repairs as neededEstablishing efficient routes and transportation schedulesCoordinating drivers and maintenance staff when planning work shiftsManaging vehicle licensure and registrationEnsuring all fleet members possess required licenses and up-to-date trainingReporting to management on budgeting, scheduling, maintenance, and fleet performanceDeveloping methods to reduce costs and improve operational efficiencyBelonging to the protected categories art. 1 (L. 68 / 99)Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleExperience participating in tenders for fleet supplier selectionKnowledge of best practices in driving, delivery, and vehicle maintenanceStrong skills in mathematics and data analysis (Excel, databases)Familiarity with transportation scheduling and management softwareBasic understanding of vehicle mechanics, including identifying major repairs and decision-making abilitiesExcellent organizational, time management, people management, and multitasking skills in Italian and English, both spoken and writtenExcellent verbal and written communication skillsby helplavoro.it
