You will be able toprovide leadership for the store, setting an excellent standard for the store and inspiring the team to achieve it.own the employee experience, driving employee satisfaction and elevating team behaviours.own the customer experience, driving customer satisfaction and increasing brand loyalty.drive performance and growth, through excellent operational and commercial execution.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEstablish a constant focus on Brand, continually driving engagement, knowledge and passion for the Brand across the store teamBe a presence leading on the shop floor, acting as a brand ambassador and role modelling behavioursMonitor, coach and provide feedback to the store team to deliver excellent customer experienceMaintain a luxury environment, ensuring excellent execution and maintenance of Visual Merchandising guidelines across the storeDrive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer experienceRetain and develop talentLead, inspire and manage a high performing, positive store teamContinually elevate the capability of the store team through recruitment, staff development, mobility and effective succession planningEstablish a learning culture and maintain a strong connection of the store team to the BrandAdvocate productHave excellent product knowledge and drive the same standard across the store teamMaintain a strong understanding of product sales performance and optimise sales of the available inventoryNurture customer relationshipsEstablish and embed customer focused behaviours across the store teamBuild and cultivate long term customer relationships and lead the team to do the sameDrive store performance and productivityBuild and maintain familiarity with the local external environment; customers, competitors and talentMaintain a commercial mindset and continually identify and convert opportunities to drive store performanceDrive operational excellence across all areas of the storeEnsure compliance with all corporate standards, policies and initiativesJob requirementsMinimum 5 years of experience with 2 years in managerial level in store management in fashion brandsComputer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsGood command of EnglishComfortable with multi-tasking and able to prioritise tasksA good communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levelsA driven professional with outstanding sales skills, customer service and team leadership
