Like working hard in challenging situationsEnjoy meeting new peopleHave excellent communication skillsPrior Experience in cleaning/restoration is preferredHave the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceBe able to climb ladders, work at heights, & work in tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics)Able to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAble to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsProficient with touch screen technology (Ipad/Iphone)IICRC Certifications are highly regarded but we offer training certificationsA good driving history and a background check are required
Duties Include:
Respond to water jobs and perform water mitigation according to IICRC standards and ServiceMaster Restore mitigation procedures.Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely mannerCommunicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperworkMaintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all timesAfter hours “on call” rotation is required

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
