Responsibilities
Design and optimize training material within the Handling & Logistics process
Analyze AS IS and future state of training material and systems
Create process roadmaps and plans for future states
Define training material requirements and specifications if material shall be developed by others
Standardize generic layup training materials
Be part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility
Investigate and solve training issues using structured methods such as the 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams
Apply continuous improvement principles using Lean tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material quality
Education
Bachelor of manufacturing engineering or equivalent
Train the Trainer or other training education
Experience
6-8 years of developing training material mainly for unskilled workers
Training of shop floor employees
Planning of training for up to 100 persons
Developed/defined functional training material for employees with a short or long education
Essential Skills
Ability to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals
Knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats
Working with engineering managers and subject matter experts to co-develop content for functional training material
Ensuring training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies
Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools
Gathering input from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs
Willingness to spend time in the factory environment as required to understand and solve problems
Data-Driven Decision Making, use of tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams
Self-motivated, result-oriented with strong organizational discipline
Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones with stakeholders
Be an integral part of cross-functional product development projects
Customer-oriented with understanding of the full business value chain from a customer perspective
