Use insights gleaned from data combined with product manager insights to analyze product data correctnessImprove taxonomy-based findability by partnering with product engineers on attribute creation / deletion, normalization, and sequencing. Be the liaison between the engineers and the taxonomy team.Plan the project, organize the work, and host regular touchpoints to ensure the project’s advancementMonitor and report gaps reductionMERCHANDISINGManage the digital eCommerce merchandising program for LADD, including implementing strategies and reporting on the progress of eCommerce activity on the website and other channelsLead the review and governance of eCommerce planning for new product launches to ensure the proposed promotion and ordering paths align with brand strategy, channel consistency, and customer usabilityManage and maintain the digital merchandising calendar, ensuring all content and product data dependencies match product offers and ordering channelsReview and approve all customer-facing merchandising content, including product names, descriptions, badging, tagging, and filtering; leverage product attribution to drive dynamic taxonomy and content deliveryPartner with product managers and marketing teams to ensure product launches and promotions are implemented to plan and according to expected timeframes and expectations.SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATIONDevelop and drive SEM programs, ensure product findability and oversee overall digital customer experience.Audit product content from an SEO standpoint, define key actions and prioritize pages to optimize or build.Communicate roadmap and engage with key stakeholders to gain product insights, optimize, or develop new content, after approval and reactivation monitor results and plan adjustments if neededEngage with the taxonomy team to better leverage the product attributes and features filtersSEARCH ENGINE ADVERTISINGOversee ongoing analysis and insights on key website interactions (traffic, SEO, onsite conversion), competitive assessment research or features evaluation, impact on customer support (contact us value and nature of inquiries), customer adoption (how many customers are signed-up and using site), and impact on overall sales and profitability.Optimize and implement the SEA strategy to increase traffic, improve conversion, and manage retention.Monitor, evaluate, and present campaign performance through monthly and quarterly performance reports that analyze trends, goals & other KPIsAdvise on technical improvements and drive implementation of performance tracking & data enablementWhat your background should look likeKEY TOOLS AND COMPETENCIES :Experience in mapping customer experiences and developing right-time, right-place product promotionsExperience in defining merchandising strategies, managing ecommerce programs, and communicating reports to executive stakeholders and business leadsExpertise in eCommerce UX, content merchandising, and data analysis, with an understanding of the ways digital audiences interact with websites and browse products in a digital environmentGoogle Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Search Console, GTMSEMRushAdobe Experience Manager is a plusStrong understanding of SEO best practices, and experience in implementing themHands-on experience managing Google Ads, display networks, and retargeting campaignsAbility to present results, draw conclusions and make recommendationsGood understanding of lead / goal conversion trackingFulling bilingual in English and French, German or SpanishStrong written skills in English and either in French, German or SpanishCan do attitude, problem-solving and hands-on mindset (comfortable to work on more strategic projects but also very operational tasks)EXPERIENCEDegree in marketing3-5 years of experience in digital marketing on e-commerce platforms with a specific focus on SEM, UX and merchandising
