The team also serves as the focal point for affiliates’ financial needs, supporting Group companies in evaluating financing options, working capital solutions, and optimizing capital structures.Your Core ActivitiesStructure and timely execute funding transactions on both Bank and Debt Capital Markets.Be an integral link in funding negotiations with internal stakeholders (legal, tax, financial statements) and external counterparts (Investors, Rating Agencies).Provide funding support to the Group's subsidiaries.Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic decisions with data-driven analysis.Hedge financial risks in accordance with the Group's policies.Support the accounting department in preparing quarterly consolidated financial reports on debt and derivatives matters.Manage and support the professional growth of a small team.What We Are Looking For5-7 years of experience in a large listed corporation or financial institution.Strong academic background in Finance, Business or Economics.Fluency in Italian and English.Proven track record in capital raising and financial markets, including ESG features.Strong knowledge of financial derivatives.What Puts You In Pole PositionAbility to communicate effectively with a result-oriented mindset and deliver presentations in a senior executive setting.Strong communication skills in international and complex environments.Flexibility to work under pressure in a very unpredictable and demanding environment.Resilience to see solutions where others see problems in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
