The role suits a technically strong professional with a Big 4 background and proven experience in a PE or high-growth environment .Key ResponsibilitiesOversee accounting, reporting, and cash management.Lead month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance (IFRS / Italian GAAP).Prepare management reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.Maintain robust internal controls and support audit processes.Partner with management and investors on financial strategy and performance.Drive process improvement and support M&A and integration activity.RequirementsDegree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, etc.) preferred.Background in Big 4 audit or advisory .Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth company .Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills.Fluent in Italian and English .Hands-on, analytical, and commercially minded.Immediately Available
