Our diverse skills, talents, and cultures enable us to serve our customers—governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators—by providing solutions to Connect, Secure & Defend, Observe & Protect, Explore, Travel & Navigate.In the framework of CFO - OPERATIONS Controlling, the candidate will be involved in controlling activities related to Support Function Structures, supporting cost and performance management.Responsibilities include:Contributing to the elaboration of the budget, its execution, and the implementation of Business Reviews.Supporting Support Functions in coordination with the Operational Referent or the Responsible of Cost Centers / Structure Responsible / JV Controller.Contributing to Support Functions Controlling activities, mainly related to cost controlling, facilitating teamwork between Finance and Departments.Supporting the budget and outlook definition through interaction with the Structure Operations Referent or Structure Manager and JV Controller.Periodically consolidating and verifying the performance status (costs) of support departments.Reporting and analyzing actuals through specific reports (Local, Corporate, and Ad Hoc), highlighting deviations from budgets/outlooks and identifying recovery actions.Contributing to and following up on Business Reviews.Ensuring costs and KPIs stay within allocated budgets/targets.Updating the BCT tool monthly by checking alignment with SAP (ERP), processing cost KPIs and Temporary KPIs, monitoring capacity for anomalies, and reporting to the Information Systems team.Participating in the processing of Multi-Project Monthly Business Review (MYB) elaboration.At Thales Alenia Space, we provide careers, not just jobs.
