OverviewSenior Business Controller to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in financial / business controlling and a strong focus on top line analysis, business partnering, and strategic support to commercial teams. This role sits at the intersection of finance and business, providing insights that help shape our commercial strategy.ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic Finance Business Partner to sales, marketing, and product teamsMonitor and analyze revenue, pricing, and margin performanceDevelop and maintain Dashboards and reports to track business KPIsSupport Forecasting, Budgeting, and Business Planning processesDeliver insights on customer, product, and channel profitabilityAssist with the preparation of business cases for new initiativesProvide financial input in cross-functional meetings and decision-makingQualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess :5 years of experience in financial or commercial financeStrong analytical skills and business acumenExcellent Excel skills; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI) is a plusFamiliarity with ERP and reporting systems (e.g. SAP)Strong communication skills and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholdersFluent in Italian and proficient in EnglishProject Management skillsBenefitsWe offer a collaborative, high-impact, and business-oriented environment.
