Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with corporate standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through data modeling, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
SAP & Data Management
Serve as a key user and subject matter expert for SAP (FI / CO modules), ensuring accurate data flow between systems and business functions.
Develop reports and dashboards using SAP and Excel to streamline data retrieval and analysis.
Maintain and enhance master data accuracy, ensuring data integrity across financial systems.
Process Improvement & Automation
Evaluate existing financial processes and identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve efficiency using technology and analytics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Support the rollout of digital finance initiatives and best practices across the region.
Accounting & Compliance
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
Review general ledger activity, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and analytical support as needed.
Business Partnering
Work closely with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive profitability and performance.
Support the CFO and leadership team with ad hoc financial analyses and strategic initiatives.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus but not required).
4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
Hands‑on experience with SAP (FI / CO) is strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and modeling).
Proven record of process improvement, automation, or system optimization within a finance function.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and data accuracy standards.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and handle multiple competing priorities.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability in all financial practices.
Reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering consistent, high‑quality results while maintaining a strong sense of ownership in all tasks.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with cross‑functional teams, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and collaboration.
