Our Milan office is looking for an Accountant to join the Finance & Administration team and support daily accounting operations with precision and responsibility.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to manage key aspects of the accounting cycle and ensure proper financial documentation and controls. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and international environment in a very fast growing environment.ResponsibilitiesProcess and check incoming supplier invoicesPost and reconcile bank transactionsRecord and reconcile payroll accounting entriesManage F24 tax entries and paymentsSupport VAT controls and prepare periodic VAT returnsReview customs documentation and ensure proper reconciliationReconcile supplier advances and monitor outstanding balancesCoordinate internal purchasing processes and related accounting flowsAssist in the reconciliation of general ledger accountsCheck inbound invoices and related cost documentationEnsure proper accounting allocation (accruals/deferrals)Record withholding taxes and related obligationsMaintain accurate archiving of banking and accounting recordsHelp manage office-related contracts (e.g., printers, cleaning services, office supplies)Qualifications4–5 years of experience in an accounting roleKnowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations (including VAT)Good Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (familiarity with Arca is a plus)Organized, precise, and proactive mindsetItalian fluency and working knowledge of EnglishTeam-oriented, with the ability to work independentlyOpen mindedStrong determination to accomplish tasks and achieve established objectivesWhat We OfferA collaborative and creative working environment in MilanGrowth opportunities within a structured international companyExposure to international operations and projectsCompetitive salary based on experienceTri Coastal Design is an equal opportunity employer.
