The role requires leveraging dataand analysis to drive decision-making, with a focus on process simplificationand accuracy while ensuring controllership governance.Our Finance Team provides support and insights for the business through planning, analysis,and reporting. We utilize extensive data to support decision-making impacting ourglobal organization and to identify areas for improvement. Our team innovates throughdigitization to continually enhance the value we provide.As GTE Project Controller, you will be responsible for:Partnering with Project Managers to oversee project costs and governanceLeading Project Margin Reviews for revenue recognitionAssessing risks, exposures, and opportunities related to cost estimates and reservesPerforming variance analysis versus budgets and benchmarks to identify productivity opportunitiesLeading or participating in digitization and process simplification projects (e.g., systems implementation, cross-functional processes, RPA)Performing other duties as assigned.To be successful in this role, you will:Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent from an accredited university or collegeHave relevant experience, preferably in the finance team of a multinational companyHave experience with financial systems (Oracle, OBEII)Desired Characteristics:Strong communication skills, both oral and writtenStrong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skillsStrategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindsetAbility to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex issues within a matrix organization
