ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the CFO Italy, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial activities. Key objectives include:Planning: Defining the company budget, forecasting cash flows, and analyzing variances against targets.Cost control and management: Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.Financial reporting: Preparing management accounts and interim financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations as well as international standards.Strategic support: Drafting reports, defining KPIs, and interpreting them to support strategic decision-making.As a key member of the finance team, the role will significantly contribute to the effective and sustainable management of the company’s financial resources. The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will support senior management in achieving strategic goals and, through risk management skills, analytical capabilities, proficiency with financial tools, and problem-solving abilities, will act as a true business partner. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to interact effectively with both the international team and internal stakeholders, including senior management.
