You'll turn numbers into meaningful action, ensuring transparency, alignment, and long-term performance across high-impact investments.Specifically, you will:* Lead the financial oversight of complex CapEx projects, providing clear budgeting, forecasting, and compliance guidance across large-scale investments within a manufacturing context.* Partner with project leaders to design, monitor, and optimize CapEx budgets aligned with strategic priorities* Own annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for capital projects, identifying trends and areas for improvement* Manage project cash flow planning and reporting to ensure smooth execution and funding alignment* Ensure robust compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial reporting standards* Provide and communicate financial insights and scenario analysis to support leadership in key investment decisions* Continuously seek ways to enhance financial processes, tools, and reporting mechanismsThis role is hybrid, with 3 days a week on-site at our Manufacturing facility in Anagni. You'll help shape the financial framework of a growing and future-ready operation.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, we imagine you bring:* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or Italian certifications in finance or controlling are considered a strong plus.* 4+ years of experience in financial control-particularly CapEx and budgeting-combined with a strong ability to communicate insights across leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong understanding of capital budgeting, compliance, and financial modelling. Experience in Pharma and Manufacturing would be considered a plus.* Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams* Fluency in English and ItalianAbout the DepartmentIn this role, you'll join a growing team at the heart of an exciting expansion project, working alongside with dedicated professionals across different functions.
