OverviewPurpose of the RoleCoverage: 70% Emerging Markets (focus on Middle East), 30% Italy. The Field Trainer EMEAC is responsible for delivering technical support and training across the Emerging Markets region, with a focus on the Middle East. The role supports device implantation and follow-up for advanced therapies and contributes to internal training for Abbott and distributor teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support during and after device implantation across the Middle East and other Emerging Markets, with secondary coverage in Italy.Collaborate with the EM Division Manager and sales teams to ensure efficient support for implants and follow-ups.Stay current with therapy developments and healthcare market dynamics in covered regions.Apply best practices throughout the implant process.Monitor competitive products and activities.Follow Abbott’s complaint and field action procedures.Act as a “Train the Trainer” for the EM region.Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries from customers and internal teams.Support internal training events, courses, and seminars.Respond to training-related requests from internal and external stakeholders.Represent Abbott with professionalism and integrity.Quality & RegulatoryAdhere to all relevant Quality System SOPs.Maintain knowledge of Field Safety Corrective Actions and related SOPs as part of the Field Action Team.EducationDegree in a medical or technical field.Experience2–3 years of experience supporting procedures in the operating room.Preferred experience with implantable therapies.SkillsFluent in English and Italian; Arabic is a plus.Proficient in basic office software.Valid driver’s license.Personal AttributesComfortable working in multicultural environments.Willingness to travel extensively across Europe, Middle East, and Turkey.Strong communication skills.High stress tolerance, proactive mindset, and self-motivation.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionIndustries: Hospitals and Health Care
