What You’ll Do :

Take ownership of customer issues and deliver exceptional service.
Perform on‑site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades.
Support commissioning and site acceptance alongside project teams.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and operational procedures.
Provide analytical service reports and suggest improvements.
Participate in claim management and maintain service tools.
Be ready for travel within Italy (50‑60% of the time)

What You'll Need :

Education as Electrical Technician or Engineer (AC / DC, Low / Medium Voltage knowledge essential).
Italian & English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
Experience with Solar PV or battery storage solutions is a plus.
Strong customer service skills in critical situations.
Valid driving license
