Description
As a Field Service Technician II here at Honeywell you will provide technical support troubleshoot repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Achieves successful on-site installation servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision.
Prepare engineering drawings and application projects specifically for Service Jobs (i.e. PRJ RQ)
Determine equipment and accessory needs for implementation and inform FSL or FSS in time
You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams.
You will make improvements to training guides and documentation.
You will achieve continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment.
You will train the customer on proper usage troubleshooting and basic repair procedures for complex equipment.
You will represent Honeywell at industry conferences and provide technical presentations.

Qualifications

Previous industry experience
Previous technical / installation experience
Previous customer service experience
Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching
Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems
Ability to interact and build relationships with Customers
Experience servicing HVAC Fire Security TVCC or Access Control Systems
Strong fault-finding skills
Good written and oral communication
Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes.
