At NCS, you'll have opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.About the RoleAs a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, repairing equipment, and installing replacement parts related to NCS vehicle wash equipment and accessories. Your duties will include:Performing service on vehicle wash equipment and accessories, including troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems to determine corrective actions.Completing work orders, expense reports, and daily and weekly time logs.Developing and maintaining a good rapport with customers, striving to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.Replacing, repairing, or adjusting parts and systems as necessary.Inspecting equipment to ensure proper functioning.Maintaining proper inventory of parts on service vehicles and in the warehouse; reporting inventory levels as required.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.Ability to intermittently and repeatedly bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, perform repetitive motions using hands, climb ladders, and stand for prolonged periods.Essential Skills:Associate degree from a two-year college or technical/trade school plus at least one (1) year of industry-related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Clean driving record with no more than three (3) moving violations and no more than two (2) preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 years.Knowledgeable in:Industrial Mechanical, Pneumatics, and HydraulicsElectrical systems, including 3-phase powerAbility to interpret equipment, operating, and maintenance manuals and instructions.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Intermediate computer skills, including email communication.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Note: The company description repeats twice and appears redundant; it should be consolidated or clarified if necessary.
