You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.The work model for the role is: OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Service division.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforming maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of low and medium voltage apparatus while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Conducting inventories, inspections, and equipment repairs, recommending improvements for performance and customer satisfaction.Coordinating documentation, safety planning, and supervision of external service activities, while reporting technical details to management.Managing on-site interventions with an estimated annual schedule of 200 days (80% in Italy, 20% abroad).QualificationsYou have at least 2 years of experience in the same field.You are qualified in reading schematic, electrical and wiring diagram.You work well both independently and as a part of a team.
