OverviewWe are looking for an experienced candidate who will execute service site activities on Transformers, in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. He or she will deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers and, in close cooperation with customer and other teams, will also take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for the company.How You'll Make An ImpactResponsibilities include performing service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifying technical problems and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories (Installation and Commissioning, routine maintenance, oil treatment, replacements, etc.).Low Voltage test at siteContribute to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation. Maintain a good relationship with customers. Identify new sales opportunities and communicate them internallyCoordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for Service activitiesPrepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Report work done in a timely manner and follow up when neededTroubleshoot simple equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the futureProvide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer serviceApply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
