Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future.Job DescriptionSummaryAs a Field Service Representative, you will safely provide commissioning and aftermarket support to adiverse group of industrial and municipal customers primarily focused, but not limited, on ourultrafiltration (UF) and membrane bioreactor (MBR) product line.What you will be responsible for :EH&S complianceReview customer plant installations and compare against VEOLIA reference drawings (P&IDs,electrical schematics, general arrangement, etc..Monitor equipment performance and operationConduct maintenance and calibration activities on various treatment plant instrumentationPerform analytical testing such as : turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, SDI, Fe, in addition tovarious other site-specific testing requirementsCarry out mechanical, electrical, process and controls troubleshooting on equipment such asvalves, air compressors, ejectors pumps, blowers, instrumentation, and automation hardwarePerform installation & maintenance activities on various UF membrane configurationsProvide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their systemProvide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed during service visitsSupport team on troubleshooting, repairs and warranty issues resolutionCoordinates operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization ofmachines and equipmentEvaluates field installations and recommends design modifications to eliminate machine orsystem malfunctionsTechnical training delivery when needed.Site Surveys.Direct communication with Project managers and Customers on site.Sales support when needed.Support for costing of contractsParticipating in the team meetings to share best practicesQualificationsWhat will you bring to the table :High school technical diploma (electrical background preferred) and 2+ years’ experience ofservice / maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment OR degree in environmentalAvailability to travel 70% of the time across ItalyWorking experience with PLC control systems, PLC programming and troubleshooting ispreferredBeing based near international airports is preferableValid Driver’s LicenseDemonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teamsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to meet all customer site requirementsAdditional InformationAt Veolia, we realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build strongercommunities.
