Responsibilities :Take over the installation of new plants, maintenance, servicing, and repair of Mühlbauer production machines at customers' sites.Travel internationally for short to mid-term service assignments within our product portfolio.Create service reports and customer documentation.Provide on-site customer consulting and training.Monitor external maintenance teams, analyze malfunctions, and perform troubleshooting.Qualifications :Completed technical education in electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, or a similar field (m/f/d).Experience and enthusiasm for working in an industrial environment and engaging with customers.Strong technical understanding and mechanical skills.Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery.Willingness to travel globally; initial location in Rome, Italy.High target and solution-oriented mindset.Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian.Strong teamwork skills.Driver's license class B.We are an international company with over 4,000 employees across Germany, Serbia, Slovakia, Bosnia, Malaysia, China, and the USA.
