So as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world we build our careers too.Main TasksPerform commissioning activities at customer site on Filler and Thermal Process equipmentHandle communication with customer and provide proper written report obtaining customers signature.Take care of installation supervision commissioning and training activitiesAssist production trials and conduct performance tests to get the Performance TakePerform after sales service activities: retrofit preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment at customer premisesExecute troubleshooting adjustments and mechanical/electrical fixingElaborate detailed service reports equipment serviced and parts used which supports the invoicing process to our customersBe available to travel about 160/180 days per yearEnsure all deviation found will be properly reported to technical dept workshop or other departments in order to guarantee the continuous improvementLead technical training on siteSupport Service engineer or customer on siteTest machine functionalities following our internal FAT procedures according to the contractual specifications and properly report the activities.Your BackgroundElectrical and Automation Engineering education (required)Basic mechanical jobs experienceAt least 3 years of relevant experience with commissioning or FAT of drinks / beverages processing lines: Fillers (bag in box is a plus) blending mixing CIP installations pasteurizers sterilizers aseptic linesCompetence and ExperiencesFamiliar with Siemens PLC and HMI software like Step7, TIA Portal and WinCCFamiliar with Rockwell PLC and HMI softwareFamiliar with Schneider motion controllerFamiliar with VFD configurationFamiliar with industrial instrument and equipment like pressure and temperature probes, pumps, and valvesFamiliar with P&IFamiliar with mechanical drawingsFamiliar to issue technical reportsFluent written and spoken EnglishFluent written and spoken ItalianAnother additional language also will be appreciatedComputer skills: Office packageTechnical skills: Hygienic design and knowledge of aseptic heat treatment and filling plants will be a plusAttitudeAbility to build and maintain relationshipsTeam player and customer‑oriented with good communicationSelf‑driven and responsible for project deliverablesStructured and systematic approachEager to share experience and knowledgeWe OfferA challenging and motivating jobCommitted and experienced colleagues who work in a positive informal atmosphere in a non-hierarchical international organizational structure.You will be representing a well‑positioned value‑focused brand known for its high quality and dedicated service.Key SkillsMobileIronRoboticsField ServiceMechanical KnowledgeSonographyIP NetworkingSchematicsMechanical EngineeringMedical ImagingHuman ResourcesProgrammable Logic ControllersTroubleshooting
