You know what do not hesitate to directly speak with them as if they would setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs therefore these are your most important tasks :Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.Support resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and on site services.Support the RFM / PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services.Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.Perform all on site installation commissioning repair maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities.Follow operational procedures processes and practices as defined documented and consistently applied.Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.Ensure up-to-date documentation work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreementsSupport Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activitiesSupport resources dispatched onsite (FSE and SP) by RFM during commissioning and on site servicesParticipate in the claim management and RMA processTaking care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration processTake over randomly on call duties partly on weekends and nights.Your profileAll right so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you what background should youhave in order to feel comfortable with this roleKeep in mind its all about electrical equipment ideally has do not hesitate to directly speak with them as if thats why it is essential for you to have :Education as Electrical technician or Engineer.
