We are seeking a Sales Professional for our Pharma division, specializing in Home Delivery, and our Digital Pharmacy division, focused on managing digital communication in social media.The Sales Professional will manage and maintain relationships with existing clients—pharmacies and parapharmacies—offering commercial support and advice, and proposing innovative solutions developed and launched by the company and its partners. The role includes managing service sales based on company guidelines and objectives, as well as developing new clients. This dynamic position combines digital innovation to provide pharmacies and parapharmacies with cutting-edge tools for communication and digital service management.About the RoleWe are seeking energetic and sociable Professional Sales Representatives to promote and sell our innovative “4K” digital solution, designed to digitize pharmacies across Italy. This product includes digital planning tools, e-signature solutions, and home / medication delivery services. The role focuses on digital solutions and services, with an emphasis on social media and digital engagement. The role requires weekly travels between client sites.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage directly with clients in the field to introduce and sell digital solutions for pharmacies.Transition clients to the social media marketing team for ongoing digital campaigns after initial engagement.Manage both existing and new clients.Conduct a minimum of 10 client visits per week for pharma sector profiles.Participate in onsite training and onboarding, including initial client visits alongside the hiring manager.Learn and utilize CRM systems as required; adaptability and willingness to learn are essential.Allocate approximately 20% of work time to administrative or home office tasks.Candidate ProfileYoung, energetic, and sociable, with a genuine passion for digital and social media. Strong sales skills in client-facing situations with excellent communication are required. Experience selling digital products or supplements to pharmacies, especially with social media involvement, is a plus. A Category B driver’s license is necessary. The candidate should be adaptable, digitally savvy, and able to build strong client relationships. Comfort with frequent fieldwork and client visits is essential.Compensation & ContractBase salary: €28,000 + €10,000 bonus (paid quarterly at €2,500 upon achieving targets) + a company car with fuel card. All travels to client sites are covered by the company, including meals and accommodation. Probation period: 60 working days.Interview & Selection ProcessTwo-stage interview process.Employer & StructureAll hires will be employed directly by CGM, although the 4K product is managed as a separate legal entity.
