So as we shape a more resourceful less wasteful world we build our careers too.The Energy (ED ) division is looking for Field Sales Engineer Energy Equipment Area GPHE and BFB- Light Industry Market based in MonzaWho you areWe are looking for a person with :Capabilities to identify priorities and follow up the opportunitiesStrong attitude to interpersonal relationshipsAbility to manage a network of customers and partnersBusiness development attitudeBusiness Acumen and curiosityOpen mindedstrong communication and presentation skillsstrong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationshipsWhat about the jobThe Candidate will develop and support Sales Business Growth within the Energy Equipment Area for the Light Industry Market / application specifically on the GPHE and BFB products portfolio.He / she will be responsible for :Designing Promoting developing and secure sales for heat exchange product for the related applicationsIdentifying solutions for ED GPHE and BFB product for different customers segments focusing on Light Industry System Builders Contractors OEMs End-users distributors.Promoting selling and securing delivery of the GPHE and BFB portfolioDriving sales activity visiting customers and Partners ( Push and Pull) promoting solutions.Supporting coaching and developing the sales partner organization in the field (Distributors and Agents)Be Available to travel per 50% of their time in ItalyWhat you knowPriority will be given to :The attitude for sales with a structured work and reporting (CRM) is a must for this profile.You have a university degree in Thermomechanical Energy Mechanics or Scientific university degree or business economics.You have a good understanding of the business development within BTB marketYou have a good knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics .
