FieldCore installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, ensuring reliable and affordable energy.Let’s Talk about the RoleParticipants will be enrolled in FieldCore’s Field Engineering Program (FEP), developing technical expertise, lean thinking, and leadership skills through training and on-the-job learning. After successful completion, candidates will qualify for a Technical Field Advisor position working on Steam Turbines.As a Technical Field Advisor, responsibilities include managing site activities, planning, organizing, and monitoring resources, performing hands-on maintenance, and troubleshooting Steam and Gas Turbines.How You Will Make a DifferenceMaintain safety standards and ensure work reflects GE safety requirements.Coordinate and monitor site activities.Lead on-site systems, equipment, and preventive maintenance.Respond to emergency repairs and service requests.Provide technical instructions and ensure work quality.Write technical reports, job status updates, and expense sheets.Drive customer satisfaction through quality work.Perform walk-downs and oversee aftermarket upgrades.Special Role RequirementsWillingness to travel extensively overseas.Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.Availability to spend significant time away from home for training and projects.Skills for SuccessFluency in English, strong technical skills, ownership, problem-solving attitude, and good communication skills.
