Convert industrial balers from steel to plastic wire systems at customer sites across Italy
Run technical trials, adapt settings, and train operators on new product use
Act as a technical bridge between engineering and commercial teams
Represent the business on‑site with customers and report back insights

What You’ll Bring

2–5 years of hands‑on experience with industrial machinery in waste management sectors
A practical engineering background – mechanical or technical qualification ideal
Customer‑facing communication and troubleshooting skills
