Fedeli is looking for a passionate Client Advisor to join our corner in Rinascente Tritone, Rome, for a fixed-term position. The candidate will work as a “Fedeli ambassador”, able to convey the brand’s philosophy and values. He / she will be responsible to maximize the sales performance by fostering the relationship with the customers and developing their Brand loyalty, providing a unique experience in our store and guiding the client into Fedeli world.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent Fedeli experience
Deliver an exceptional and tailored service to each client, ensuring a memorable in-store experience that reflects Fedeli’s philosophy.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and CRM engagement
Support daily operations, including stock management, merchandising, and upkeep of store standards
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through a strong understanding of product, storytelling, and customer needs
Uphold the brand's values of sustainability, inclusion, and refined Italian style in every interaction
Profile
2-3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally in both menswear and womenswear
Strong attitude for clienteling, CRM, and delivering a personalized shopping experience
Passion for quality, design, and long-lasting fashion
Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing and evolving brand environment
Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages desirable
