In Fedeli diversity of experience and perspectives create a better work environment, we value, ensure and believe in gender equality, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds.Fedeli is looking for a passionate Client Advisor to join our corner in Rinascente Milano, for a fixed-term position.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and serve the customer providing an excellent Fedeli experience.Deliver an exceptional and tailored service to each client, ensuring a memorable in‑store experience that reflects Fedeli’s philosophy.Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow‑up and CRM engagement.Support daily operations, including stock management, merchandising, and upkeep of store standards.Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through a strong understanding of product, storytelling, and customer needs.Uphold the brand's values of sustainability, inclusion, and refined Italian style in every interaction.Qualifications2‑3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally in both menswear and womenswear.Strong attitude for clienteling, CRM, and delivering a personalized shopping experience.Passion for quality, design, and long‑lasting fashion.Excellent communication skills, with a customer‑focused and team‑oriented mindset.Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing and evolving brand environment.Fluent spoken English expected; other languages desirable.Start period: January 2026.
