Participate in ongoing Family Services program development and delivery. Provide clinical, coaching, and other services that maintain a psycho-educational environment for participants. Offer training and general education for family members of individuals impacted by mental health and substance use challenges. Facilitate and maintain responsibility for contacting family members and support persons when appropriate.Delivery of Care : Provide clinical and / or coaching services and education to Family Services program participants according to HBFF standards of care, policies, and procedures.Service Innovation : Contribute to program development content, updates, and delivery standards as directed by Regional Supervisor.Internal & External Engagement : Represent Hazelden services to various audiences to ensure consistent knowledge regarding services, processes, and participation, under the direction of the Regional Supervisor.Expect approximately 60% of work hours during weekdays from 9am to 5pm, and 40% during nights and weekends. Up to 20% travel may be required. The role involves work at both Plymouth and Center City locations.QualificationsRequired Qualifications :Bachelor's Degree in Human Behavior, Counseling, Child Development, or a related field, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of relevant work experience.At least three years' experience working with children and / or families.Minimum two years' experience in Addiction Treatment & Recovery.Proficiency with technology, including electronic health records, virtual meetings, and email management.Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association, or ability to obtain within 30 days (remote employees exempt).Preferred Qualifications :Spanish fluency.OverviewThe Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is the largest nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the U.S., dedicated to providing hope and healing.
