The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels.DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Facility Specialist & Safety Delegate to support the maintenance, safety, and operational functionality of our HQ and retail stores across the EU region. This role combines practical facility-related tasks with delegated responsibilities for health and safety compliance, helping to ensure that all retail environments are safe, well-maintained, and aligned with brand standards.KEY CHALLENGESFacility Management - Retail Focus:Oversee the maintenance and functionality of multiple retail store locations, including lighting, HVAC and structural integrityManage service providers and contractors for cleaning, repairs, renovations, and technical interventionsMonitor facility budgets and optimize operational costs without compromising store experienceEnsure that each store meets corporate standards in terms of appearance, accessibility, and functionalityImplement sustainability initiatives across store locations (e.g., energy savings, waste management)Health & Safety - Delegated Role:Act as the delegated Safety Officer, ensuring all stores comply with local occupational health and safety regulations (e.g. D.Lgs. 81/08 in Italy)Perform regular site inspections and risk assessments in collaboration with store managersSupport the development and enforcement of safety protocols (emergency exits, fire prevention, hygiene, accident prevention)Maintain updated safety documentation for each location and ensure periodic compliance auditsCORE COMPETENCIESDelivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlinesPursues quality in accomplishing tasks paying attention to details and verifying informationWorks well with other departmentsRelates well to all kinds of, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organizationKnowledge of building systems and infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.)Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance proceduresFamiliarity with health & safety regulations at the national and levelExperience conducting safety inspections and risk assessmentsFluent in EnglishLOCATIONLimena (PD)Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
