We are now looking for a Facility Specialist for the I&W Manufacturing polymers segment.Our Industry & Water segment helps municipalities and water-intensive industries with process and resource efficiency as well as responsible water use. In oil and gas applications, our chemistries enable improved yield from existing reserves and reduced water and energy use.In this role, you will be responsible for:Managing the facility and office services and processes in designated company premises.Directing and planning essential services such as maintenance, janitorial, security, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.Coordinating and leading a team or teams of staff to cover various areas of responsibility.Preparing documents for tenders for contractors, including calculating and comparing costs to ensure value for money.Managing projects, supervising, and coordinating contractor work, ensuring completion and addressing deficiencies.Responding to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.Covering the responsibilities of a Maintenance Specialist if required.What you’ll bring to the team:A high school diploma is preferred; a bachelor's degree (3 years) is advantageous.English language skills are highly preferred.Knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience being a plus.Problem-solving, analytical skills, strong judgment, and decision-making abilities.Creativity and innovation.What you can expect from us:Opportunities to enhance your skills across various areas.Employment in a stable, well-established company.A multicultural and positive working environment.Ready to create better every day?
