Applied Materials' innovations are shaping the future of technology.More than 40,000 employees worldwide work in research and development, production, sales, and service.We are looking for aFacility Assistant - Administrative back officeM / F / d) to support our Facility and Real Estate team in Agrate Brianza (Monza).Responsibilities include:Building managementFollow up with suppliers of goods and services as defined in the contractFollow up on the ordinary maintenance programManage documents related to Public AdministrationManage Amat offices in Agrate & CataniaSubmit SC & PO for existing / new suppliersRequest quotations for office goods purchasesCoordinate general servicesDefine new agreements for hotels, residences, restaurants, etc.Manage car rental contracts with Avis Italy / ALD and relevant reservationsOversee signage and gadgets supplyCoordinate catering for internal eventsManage company cars, including long-term rental contracts with Fleets and HROversee pool cars and follow up on repairsHandle car submissions for long-term rentalsRequirements:High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Sales, Foreign Languages, Surveying, Architecture, or similarStrong problem-solving, leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work under stress in a multicultural environmentAbility to prioritize activities independently with a proactive mindsetExperience as a Facility Assistant or in back office roles: 2 years (mandatory)
